No payment details are required during your 30 days trial. After your trial expires, you can choose a pricing plan that suits the size and requirements of your business.
A third-party payment processor (also knows as a payment provider or payment gateway) lets us accept online payments. We partnered with Stripe as our payment provider. We do not store any payment related information.
The payment processor Stripe offers different options to choose from. Google Pay and Credit cards like Master Card, Visa or American Express as well as many other options. You will be redirected to Stripe when choosing a payment method.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your pricing plan at any time to match your needs. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the unused value of your current plan is credited toward the new subscription. Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle; you retain your current features until that period concludes.
You can cancel your subscription anytime and it will not auto-renew after the current paid term. The paid service will remain active for the duration of the paid term. You can manage your subscription directly in Secretify.
